Yet—Late Wednesday is the equinox--so
Thursday is the first full day of summer.
It's been cool and breezy—but this
hasn't kept me from getting in the water for the past 5 days—and
aside from swimming (well water aerobics not really swimming) I have
done much of anything at all.
May's secret socks finally got
finished—June 16th! Maybe I have bitten off more than I
can chew with the plan to knit 24 pairs of socks this year. I might
have managed if I didn't also have the Peacock Shawl—today's goal
is finish Chart 3 –2 rounds have already been worked. You'll have
to wait till tomorrow to learn if I met my goal. If I do, I might even do a round or two on June's Public socks! Toe up, and simple.
Until then, nothing to show, nothing to
see!

That shawl is so worth knitting though. It will be a lot of fun to paint on the dyes, too. Enjoy it!
